Pagers Keep Guests Happy and Staff Connected

Simpatico uses JTECH pagers and here is what they have to say.

"Pagers have made us money, added to our customer service, plus saved us time!  At our restaurant, we run a substantial wait during the summer, so we give our customers a pager and let them know it reaches all three of our bars, and every bar in the downtown village"!

More often than not, customers order a cocktail and enjoy the view from the outdoor lounge while they wait and sometimes it is upwards to two hours.  This is additional revenue that Simpatico would not have made if their customers had to wait in a waiting area. 

By managing their waitlist effectively their customers that choose not to wait during the busy times are grateful that Simpatico was up front with them and remain happy repeat customers.

Our JTECH server pagers are incredibly durable in our outdoor spaces as they are pulverized by rain, dirt, sweat, drops —you name it! 

If they have kids, the pagers can reach the local waterfront and retail shops, so families can explore the area while their waiting time ticks away!
