Do you have Cyber Insurance?
The JTECH IStation receives only the pager number and the predefined SMS message content, such as “Your order is ready,” ensuring that no sensitive order or personal information is exchanged or stored.
JTECH products do not require cyber insurance, as we neither collect nor retain order details or personally identifiable information. When a message and phone number are submitted to our system, the SMS is securely transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels.
Our entire environment is hosted in Microsoft Azure, where access is restricted by user credentials and IP controls. Only authorized JTECH staff can access the system, and no third parties have direct database access.
As a result, our system processes only a minimal volume of non-sensitive data, ensuring that personal and transactional information remains completely protected from exposure.
