Customer Service Portal
Previously our customers could log in to our Customer Service Portal to pay invoices and place orders. We are working to make this process easier and better with the introduction of a new B2B ordering site and invoices with a direct payment link.
B2B Online Shopping
We now have two platforms that make it easy to shop for JTECH Solutions. We have the JTECH Store that is open to everyone and corporate stores specific to our multi-unit customers. These new B2B stores provide buyers with a limited catalog and settings specific to each brand.
Payment Portal
Our new invoices will come with a link to pay online. In the event you need to pay for multiple invoices at once or no longer have your link, please let us know and we will provide you with a link or take your payment information over the phone.
