Lack of Coverage and Missing Messages

If you have poor coverage or messages are missing, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  1. Make certain the Hub Antennas are properly inserted and tightened.
  2. Move the Hub to a higher, more central location.
  3. Make sure there are no major obstructions in the immediate location of the Hub. (i.e., stainless steel, ductwork, brick walls, freezers, etc.).
