How to check the Base ID and Frequency on your IQ Base, IStation or ServerCall Transmitter

If you need to provide our support or sales team with the Base ID and Frequency of your JTECH Paging Transmitter, follow the steps below:

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Wait 5 seconds.
  3. Plug in the transmitter.
  4. Record the system programming that will flash on the display.
