      Why is my QR Code Expired?

      This is by design!

      Receiving the following message when you press a virtual button on your phone?

      "The QR code that you recently scanned at: YOUR VENUE NAME has expired. In order to continue using it, please scan the QR code again."

      This is actually a feature of VSK. After being scanned and activated, QR codes have a validity of 90 minutes. This functionality is in place to discourage customers from misusing them by sending a false page once they have left the location. To reactivate the code, it is necessary to scan it again.
